Returns Policy


If you have selected to pay online by credit card and your order has not arrived, please contact EatCity.ie Customer Service immediately via email at info@eatcity.ie and include the order number and restaurant name. All sales are final unless order problems/issues are confirmed with our restaurant partners or otherwise determined by EatCity.ie, at its sole discretion, to be actionable. In such cases, EatCity.ie will confirm with the restaurant that the food was not delivered and we will refund the payment to your card. All order problems/issues inquiries must be received within 24 hours of the order date listed on your order confirmation email. EatCity.ie will issue no cash refunds
