Eatcity.ie online ordering is different from other online ordering websites because the online menu has come directly from the selected stores' epos system, ensuring that the menu you are ordering from is always up-to-date and accurate.

Also Eatcity.ie is the only online ordering site that connects and delivers your order directly to the kitchen you are ordering from while you are still on the Eatcity.ie website, so you can rest assured that your order has been received. Your order is automatically sent to printers, prep screens and order monitoring stations, with visual and audible alarms in store notifying busy staff of the arrival of your order!
There is no e-mails or faxes and no third party devices for busy staff to check, ensuring that your order is never over-looked!

Your Eatcity.ie account tracks your order history, allowing you to review previous orders.

With our secure online payments you can use your credit cards to safely pay for your order (participating outlets only).

Using Eatcity.ie

If you are already have a reqistered Eatcity.ie account, you can login to your account using the 'Login' Link at the top of the screen.

On the Eatcity.ie home page, select your area from the dropdown list, and click 'Search Restaurants'.

Eatcity.ie will display a list of all the restaurants in the selected area.

Click on the 'Order Online' button for the restaurant you would like to order with. The Menu for that restaurant will be loaded.

Click the 'select' button beside each product you would like to add to your order. Items are displayed in your shopping basket on the right hand side of the menu.

The left hand side of the menu displays all the departments for the menu you have selected, eg: Pizzas, Drinks, Main Courses etc... You can click on a department to view the products for that department.

When you have finished creating your order, click 'Checkout'.

If you have not logged in yet, you will be prompted to do so now. Enter your username and password.

Select the desired order method, Delivery or Collection and the time and date you require your order from the options shown.

Enter/confirm your details. (Delivery address, contact details)

Select Payment method. If you wish to pay be credit card, you will be prompted for your card details. Click 'Pay Now'.

Your order is sent and verified while you are still online.

You will see a confirmation page and an e-mail will be sent to the address you supplied when creating your order.

You can review your order history at any time by logging in to your account and selecting the 'Order History' button.
